“MAHARAJIMA” manga will be published in 2025. It is a one-person project with no assistants, and the manuscript is in color.
Many scenes from the actual island appear in the background of the manga. The backgrounds are several thousand frames long.
The main characters are from Tokara, Kagoshima, Japan and Pulau Ubin, Singapore.
It is a story about saving the world in cooperation with people from islands in Japan and abroad.
kodakara jimaIn 2023, I left Japan in September due to Singapore visa renewal.
Re-entered Japan at the end of February 2024 and resumed island coverage.
In 2024, I recuperated for 3 months due to an injury to my dominant hand and delayed work.
If I only covered Japan, it would be an international island manga with a narrow perspective.
I have already covered Singapore and South Korea.
In 2025, I am planning to go to Taiwan for island coverage.

Name: Hakomaru Kun
A stuffed wolf. He always wears a pink “Happiness Protection”.
Origin of the name: It suddenly came to him when the caretaker of the back of the shrine was walking around Towada Shrine.
Hakomaru-kun was sold at Mimine Shrine.
When he returns home from outside on a hot day, he is washed. Usually, he is a home guard.
