Free popcorn is quite good (caramel flavor).
The top floor was already crowded, so I went to the second floor from the top and stood by around 15 minutes before.

Some HDBs are built without a corridor facing the pond, so if you are worried, try to get there early. The venue was very crowded and the crowd was huge 4 hours before the event, so we took the form of coming back to this HDB 30 minutes before the event.
