Conducted manga interviews with 17 salt craftsmen

The side story of the island manga Maharajima is salt.
Salt, the blessing of the mother sea.
The island and the sea are closely connected both physically and spiritually.
Salt is an example of a carefully crafted primary industry product that Japanese artisans excel at.
In order to draw pictures of the salt production site, I visited salt production workshops throughout Japan while conducting research on the island.

Right? Japanese salt is amazing!
It’s just that the world prioritizes price. The footage itself is valuable.
