I’m glad I went. I was able to experience the high quality of Huis Ten Bosch. I’m not usually a fan of theme parks, but perhaps because flowers are the main attraction here, there are many options for visitors to find and discover things to enjoy on their own. It’s not a facility that simply provides one-sided entertainment.
The best time to see hydrangeas is around mid-June.
It was a little early in early June. Fireworks and night pools start in mid-July.

I went there almost right when it opened, and it wasn’t crowded at all.
Huis Ten Bosch, where you can enjoy flowers other than hydrangeas
Huis Ten Bosch boasts some of the best landscaping management techniques in Japan. The skills of the behind-the-scenes staff shine through.

I haven’t been to the Netherlands yet, but
I was able to fully enjoy the flowers and atmosphere at Huis Ten Bosch.
Thank you very much.
Tour of Western architecture (including art museum and café)
Carefully crafted.

I thought the color scheme and layout of the tiles in the hallway were wonderful. They took into consideration the height of other buildings.

retro cafe
The design of this chair is very unusual. It’s not a mass-produced item.

I was told I could choose any seat I liked. The staff in the hall were like maids. We started talking about some anime, but I can’t remember why I brought up that topic.

The parfait looked like it had some empty space inside. It melted quickly.

You can see the garden. It feels like another world.
Hydrangeas and the scenery of Huis Ten Bosch
Blue hydrangeas were the most common. There were also white and red ones, so no one color stood out. Many other plants were also planted, making it a comfortable place to be. It would be difficult to stay outside for long in heavy rain. Fortunately, it was sunny that day.

Hydrangeas covering the back of the bench. Places like this were popular. I was impressed by how they came up with this idea.

This looks just like Sydney, Australia! I saw it a lot.
